TalentOrange is the leading international recruitment agency for hospitals and nurseries. Since 2012, TalentOrange has placed 3,600 skilled workers and apprentices from 19 non-EU countries with employers in Germany – competently, fairly and with a human touch. TalentOrange recruits nursing staff, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, surgical technicians, radiography assistants and nursery teachers. Through its own language schools abroad, TalentOrange ensures that these professionals speak German fluently upon arrival. The TalentOrange Nursing School offers courses to prepare for proficiency exams. All professionals placed by TalentOrange receive full professional recognition.

The Amesol Academy offers recognition programmes – predominantly face-to-face – at its centres in Hamburg, Munich and Berlin for international nursing professionals, OTA and ATA staff, and physiotherapists.

Depending on individual circumstances, we prepare participants for the knowledge test or offer the adaptation course. The programmes are AZAV-certified and are therefore 100% funded. In addition, the Amesol Teams Programme, which can be booked alongside these courses, provides significant relief for the nursing, surgical and anaesthesia teams taking on new staff. We also offer migration and qualification support for speculative applicants and their employers.

The KLETT TalentAkademie is part of the Klett Group and specialises in the training and recognition of international nursing professionals. With a digital, practical preparation course for the knowledge test, as well as supplementary language and integration programmes, it supports international professionals on their path to professional recognition in Germany. By combining innovative learning methods, personalised support and a close focus on the demands of everyday nursing practice, the KLETT TalentAkademie helps both participants and employers to achieve successful and sustainable integration into the German labour market.
